Welcome to JustFreeProxies ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website, the free proxy lists, APIs, downloads, or related pages (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What JustFreeProxies provides

JustFreeProxies publishes free, publicly checked open proxy lists (HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4, SOCKS5, and Google-reachability subsets). We scrape, filter, and recheck proxies from public sources and show status such as anonymity level, country (when available), and last check time.

We do not own, host, operate, or control the proxy servers listed. Listed endpoints are third-party open proxies found on the public internet. Availability, speed, and behavior can change at any time.

2. Free service / no guarantee

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is" and "as available". Without limiting the foregoing:

• Proxies may die, become slow, become transparent, or start injecting ads/malware after listing.
• Country, anonymity, HTTPS, and Google-pass labels are based on automated tests and may be wrong or outdated.
• We do not guarantee uptime of this website, accuracy of any list, or fitness for any purpose (scraping, browsing, anonymity, bypassing geo-blocks, etc.).
• We may pause, change, or discontinue any list or feature without notice.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the free lists for lawful research, testing, development, and personal networking purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You are solely responsible for how you use any proxy address obtained from JustFreeProxies.

4. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use JustFreeProxies or any listed proxy to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including copyright, trademark, privacy, and computer misuse laws).
• Commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access to systems.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Attack, scan, or disrupt networks (DDoS, port flooding, brute force) except where you own the target or have explicit written permission.
• Bypass security, authentication, or access controls of services that forbid proxies or automated access.
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others; or traffic in illegal content.
• Misrepresent JustFreeProxies as the operator of any listed proxy, or sell access to our lists as if they were a paid residential/datacenter proxy product we control.
• Overload or abuse this website (excessive automated scraping that degrades the Service for others, after we ask you to slow down).

We may block access, ignore reports, or cooperate with lawful requests if we believe abuse is occurring.

5. No anonymity or privacy promise via listed proxies

Open proxies are often untrusted. Operators of free proxies can log traffic, alter responses, inject ads, or steal credentials. Transparent and some anonymous proxies can still expose your IP to destination sites. JustFreeProxies does not provide a VPN, encrypted tunnel we control, or anonymity warranty. Do not send passwords, banking data, or other sensitive information through free open proxies.

6. Intellectual property

Site design, branding ("JustFreeProxies"), text, and original software are owned by us or our licensors. You may link to public pages and reuse published proxy address lists for lawful personal use. You may not copy the site layout wholesale, scrape in a way that impersonates our brand, or remove notices from redistributed materials when we require attribution.

7. Third-party links and judges

Checks may use third-party "judge" or IP-lookup services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTFREEPROXIES AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY LISTED PROXY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $0 (ZERO), BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS FREE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JustFreeProxies and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your use of listed proxies, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Abuse reports

If you believe a listed IP is being misused or belongs to you and should not appear on free open-proxy lists, contact us via the Contact Us page with evidence (IP:port, timestamps, and why removal is requested). We may remove entries at our discretion; we cannot control third-party open proxies that remain online elsewhere.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where the Service is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains what information JustFreeProxies collects when you visit our free open proxy list website, how we use cookies, and your choices. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

JustFreeProxies operates a website that lists free, publicly available open proxies for informational and testing purposes. We are not the operator of the third-party proxy servers shown in the lists.

2. Information we collect

A. Information you provide

• Contact form fields (name, email, message) if you submit them. Until a mail/API backend is connected, messages may stay in your browser only.
• Abuse or partnership emails you send us by other channels.

B. Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, date/time, requested URL, user-agent, referrer, and response status - typical web server logs used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
• Usage within the app: list filters, pagination, and theme preference stored locally in your browser (see Cookies & local storage).
• Proxy check metadata we publish: IP:port, protocol type, anonymity level estimates, country labels (from public IP databases when available), Google-pass / alive status, and last-check timestamps. These describe third-party open proxies, not private accounts of visitors.

We do not require an account to view free lists. We do not intentionally collect government IDs, payment cards, or precise GPS location.

3. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

Like most free websites, JustFreeProxies uses a small set of cookies / browser storage items:

• Essential / functional: remember UI theme (justfreeproxies-theme), cookie consent choice (justfreeproxies-cookie-consent), and similar settings needed for the site to work as you expect.
• Preference: optional choices such as accepted analytics (if enabled later).
• Security / rate-limiting: server-side or edge measures may use short-lived tokens or IP-based counters to reduce abuse (these may not always be browser cookies).

We currently do not sell personal data and do not load third-party advertising networks by default. If we later add analytics (for example anonymized visit counts) or embeds, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for consent via the cookie banner.

Cookie banner: On first visit you can Accept or Reject non-essential cookies. Essential storage for theme and consent itself may still be used so the site remembers your choice.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking all storage may reset theme and consent prompts.

4. How we use information

• Operate and improve the free proxy list UI and checker.
• Keep the Service secure (detect scraping abuse, attacks, spam).
• Respond to contact or abuse reports.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
• Publish aggregated, non-personal statistics (for example "alive proxy count").

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: legitimate interests (running a free public list, security logging), consent (non-essential cookies if introduced), and contract/steps at request (answering your contact messages).

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Hosting / VPS / CDN providers that process logs to deliver the site.
• Public IP/country lookup or judge services used only for proxy checking (these receive connections via listed proxies or our servers during tests - not your browsing content through our UI).
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

7. Retention

• Server access logs: typically kept for a limited period (for example 7-90 days) unless needed longer for security investigations.
• Contact messages: kept as long as needed to handle your request.
• Published proxy list entries: rotated as checks fail; historical checker state may be overwritten regularly.
• Browser local storage: until you clear it or change settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures for a free hobby/public service, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Free open proxies listed on the site are especially unsafe for sensitive traffic - that risk is outside our control.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16 (or the digital-consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to request deletion.

10. International transfers

Our servers or subprocessors may be located in countries other than yours. By using the Service you understand that logs and messages may be processed in those locations with safeguards appropriate to a free public website.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you, and to object or withdraw cookie consent. To exercise rights, use Contact Us. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Our simple free site may not respond to every DNT/GPC signal beyond respecting cookie-banner choices you set here. We will improve support if we add advertising or cross-site trackers.

13. Third-party free proxies and your privacy

Important: When you connect your device to a free open proxy from our list, that proxy operator (not JustFreeProxies) can see your traffic metadata and often content. Their logging practices are unknown. Use free proxies only for non-sensitive testing. JustFreeProxies is not responsible for privacy practices of third-party proxy operators.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised "Last updated" date. Material cookie changes will be reflected in the cookie banner when required.
